As demand for reliable river and rainfall monitoring increased, VGS expanded its services to include the supply, installation, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrading of hydrometric stations across the various river systems of Laos.

Staff Gauges

Staff gauges also play an important role where local authorities need to quickly assess river conditions at a glance. VGS has developed and refined the installation of tiered staff gauges along riverbanks, as well as secure gauge plates mounted to bridge pylons and other suitable structures.
